Locus Visa provides consultation, profile assessment, documentation guidance and application assistance for visit, study, work and immigration pathways. We are not a government body and cannot issue visas or approvals.
Terms of Service
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Misrepresentation can lead to refusal or bans imposed by authorities, for which Locus Visa is not responsible.
Fees
Professional fees, where applicable, are communicated in writing before engagement. Government, institution and third-party fees are separate and non-refundable once paid to those parties.
No guarantee of outcome
Decisions on visas, admissions and employment rest entirely with the relevant authorities, institutions and employers. Our engagement covers professional assistance, not results.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in any matter is limited to the professional fees paid to Locus Visa for that engagement.
